Perhaps try adding a couple ounces of kefir.
Makes it? thin and it will liquefy it more.
Will not be as thick....if that is the reason for your gagging.

Hi all - does anyone have a problem with nausea from FOCC mixture? ?I gag constantly?as I eat. I add fresh berries and passion fruit and?doing reduced amount but very, very hard. Any advice gratefully appreciated.
