I first learned about Frankincense in this very group many years ago. Applied to the skin over bone cancer location. My mother use it and it was one of the few things that provided pain relief.? I know you mentioned earlier that you have a lactose issue with the FOCC.
Perhaps you can? give it a go with making , what is known as,? quark yourself.
That was Dr Budwig's original ingredient with her FOCC.

I had brain mets when I started BP back in 2015 because of lung cancer and all seemed to clear up within about a year. Shalom donegoing2002, many of us would be delighted to find a VEGAN solution for the Budwig Protocol.? So far, no one has been successful. However, if your problem is that you are LACTOSE INTOLERANT, there is a solution: Make your own YOGURT, or better, MILK KEFIR, then STRAIN out the whey to save the solids, that will be Kefir Cheese. The process of fermentation uses up all of the lactose, so the result is LACTOSE FREE CHEESE. There are many sites on the internet with instructions. Do not despair! Rahel Jerusalem. Hi all, it's gotten to the point where I just can't digest the cottage cheese, (in the mix with flaxseed oil). I take lactose enzyme along with the mix. Still can't digest the mix.? Is there a non dairy component that could be used instead of the cottage cheese?? ? |

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI started making shakes after a couple years of doing the mix as directed by the recipe. ?I have a bullet blender. ?I add the oil and cottage cheese and honey. ?Then a 1/2 tsp turmeric and what ever fruit ? is handy. ?I always have an abundance of frozen organic blueberries. ?A nearby farm has organic berries for $10 a gallon. ?My husband and I usually pick 11 gallons as that is what it takes for me a year of berries! ?Sometime add a full banana. ?Sometimes I add a kiwi or what ever is handy. Sometimes a teaspoon of chia seeds ?I started adding almond milk until I read the ingredients ?label . ?Now I just add enough cold water to get the consistency I like. ?Sometimes I toss in a few ice cubes to chill the mix. ?I then blend until I have a nice texture smoothie. ?Try your own mix ! ?Enjoy!?. ? Can I use cashew milk? I know how to made them from scratch.? She ate a small portion for breakfast but after her salad, she does not want the FOCC. I read the transition diet and said to only offer juice in the morning. I started that today and she was able to eat some dinner. Brown rice cooked with mushroom and buckwheat. Add olelux and nutritional yeast and some pumpkin seeds. She have about a half cup serving with a tiny sliver of avacado. Thank you everyone for your recipe. I will definitely try that out.
