Hi Maurice, when yoi do a reset, you then need to go into menu 1 and set it on so that all menus are available as the default is to have a reduced menu set available. 73....Eric VK2VE.

There is a menu item for Extended Menu. Resetting the radio returns it to the default setting of Off. Find it and change it to On. Sorry I don't the menu number off the top of my head.
