Hi all ..


This is one that has been bugging me for some time now .

If i turn my 857 off? ?turn it back on a bit later? all the rotary controls
work just fine but non of the buttons? .

It can take anywhere between 5 and 10 mins for them to behave? i have tried a
different head tried the cable? both short and long factory cables? tested the
cables? and the head on another radio? ? all ok but i can not find any hint of
a bad connection on the radio boards at all? ? .

Anyone else had this and found an the answer .
