1. Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 325¡ãF (160¡ãC).
2. Season and sear the pork: Rub the pork roast with olive oil, and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
and sear the pork on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the pork to a roasting pan.
