Blueberry Cream Cheese Crumb Cake

Ingredients:

1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sugar (for filling)

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350¡ãF (175¡ãC).

Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.

In a bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and butter. Mix until crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture for the topping.

Press the remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a crust.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then set aside.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the slightly cooled crust.

Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.

Top with the reserved crumb mixture.

Bake for 30¨C35 minutes or until the topping is lightly golden.

Cool completely before slicing and serving.??????????
