I successfully uploaded over 4,000 QSOs to LOTW last night from ARRL DX CW and before the response completed updating my log, I stupidly shut down DXKeeper. I still have 3,809 QSOs sitting in the QSL Queue that did not complete updating the log to empty the Queue. How do I restart the process so the Queue empties when it finishes updating the log? Sorry for the log email. I wanted to get what little info I had in my head out into the email. Going to include both for logging imports. I think it is the same issue for both. I know it has to be me (usually is, ask the XYL). The more that I do and learn, the more I find is not set up. Some needed, some suggested and of course personal preferences. I'm starting to understand some of Dave's logic and thoughts (not always). The part that keeps biting me, is the log imports. I've used the gateways for N1MM and/or WSJT-X/JTAlert and etc.. Every once in a while, I will see a message that a contact was not logged (sometimes not at all). Sometimes I make a note, other times I don't. It is a matter of my "free time". I know this isn't good!! I thought when you QSY to a Digital mode, the program could/will start (I guess not). I need to reread things. I also need to make sure my settings are correct. I don't think I have it all correct. Colors and a few comments are not totally setup. Problem is, when I'm testing I want to chase DX. It is a really bad habit!! When you decided to "import" the log after the contest or time on the air (WSJT-X). I have found that the QSO that was logged and the QSO that was imported have the same DATE/TIME, but are different. From what I can tell, the differences can be Name/Address/QSL MGR/Uploads to ClubLog and etc. To me, if the Call, date, time, band, mode, exchange are all the same, the QSO should be the same. I do have the "2 minute" difference checked/setup. I have the checked merge dupes checked (should it be unchecked?). What else am I missing? I decided to see if I can get the WSJT-X integration to work with DXKeeper/Spot Collector and etc. So far, It works. I'm not sure it is quite as quick or convenient, but it good. OK, I used the N1MM/DXKeeper gateway for the WPX contest with out any issues. This past weekend, I used the gateway for the ARRL DX CW contest. It looks like I'm missing some contacts in my log. I know that I have X# of Qs. When I filter my log, I see X# of Qs and the number doesn't match! When I look into the N1MM/DXKeeper Gateway, I see that there is a bunch of errors. I can paste the whole error log, but not a lot of need. It is probably right in front of me, but when I log a Q on FT8, automatically, the addr window within Keeper does not automatically fill in the QRZ data... I was able to look on chatgpt and it says the following but I cannot find the following: Inside the QRZ section, you’ll see a checkbox labeled “Auto QRZ Lookup”. Check this box to enable automatic call sign lookups whenever you log a new QSO. Help

DXL abs is my go-to software of choice when it comes to satellite operations because of its seamless integration with SatPC32, and in particular the way the vfo, sat name and sat modes are automatically populated. My question being, is it possible to automatically forward QSOs logged in DX Keeper to (in my case LOG4OM) my other logging application without having to go through the export ADIF routine. Let me rephrase this another way, is there a button, or check mark setting somewhere within DX Keeper that when a Q is booked, it automatically fills in the CBA information. At the present, I have to hit the CBA button on the main screen of DX Keeper for the lookup to occur. Mark WC3W

Even though I remain on a frequency for the defined dwell time, if I change bands and return a bit later, the VFO will go to a different frequency. For example, I can be on 10123 for a while. Switch to 40m. Come back to 30 and it will go to 10123. The next time, I go to 20 meters and return to 30m, it will go to 10120 even though I have not been on that frequency. In JTAlert settings panel under Applications->DXLab Suite, I have - Post decoded Callsigns to SpotCollector as local spots, but no spots are appearing in SC. I am running wsjtx v 2.61 on win11 pc. JTAlert v2.80.3. In wsjtx -settings- reporting - i have udp requests checked and 127.0.0.1/ 2237 set. I had this working successfully in the past but now can't determine how to get it working again. Hello Dave, there must be something i don't know, maybe by my stupidity. I have 557 QSOs with WAB references. I have a UDI in my advance filters, captured < WAB >. Filtering via UDI shows 557 QSOs. This morning i tried to make a progress report WAB. Surprise: using the <WAB> button shows only one single QSO in the report. The button <user> togheter with the selected UDI, shows 409 different WAB references. The button WABP works fine (10). IOTA works fine (356). DXCC works fine (263). Sota works fine (679). Etc. What am i missing? From wich source the progress report <WAB> is generated? Thanks again. Eddy ON5JK

The DXKeeper Realtime Award Tracking is OK, but I can’t generate a report from DXLab on my new computer. The award selections are the same as on my old computer. SpotCollector filters for needed Marathon spots work fine. The Progress button on the DX Marathon panel of DXKeeper’s Check Progress isn’t responding. Jim N7US

It has been several weeks since I was able to get on the air. DXLab Launcher said things were out of date so I did all the upgrades. DXKeeper said the database needed significant upgrade, so I had it do a backup first. It did make the backup, but says that it can't open the log file: "unable to open log database: C:\DXLab\DXKeeper\Databases\K7OJL.mdb" The file does exist in the specified location and opens in Access. I have version 4.6.9 of DXView installed. When I try to open DxView I get the above message and DXView fails to open. Can anyone help me?

Dave, we are again configuring our remote station that is using Starlink. We have smartlink up and running and we are slowing trying to integrate DX Labs back into our home computer. We are starting with Commander and we have an issue that I will try to explain. I have configured the General Tab within Commander Configuration with the IP Address of my home computer, and listed the IP Port as 4992. The Radio setting is SDR-6500 and the Command interval at 200ms with Span Dwell of 10. I did type in the serial number of the remote 6500 but understand that is not needed. When I hit "Reset", the VFO B comes up with a frequency of 14257.20 and the VFO A reads the remote radio. The problem is it does not appear to be "synced" with the SDR software as when I change the frequency on the radio from my SDR software on the home computer, it does not move the frequency in VFOA. If I hit reset, it does change the frequency. It is if it is not updating. I know this is not right but I have exhausted what other changes I need to make. We are slowly working to get DX Labs work so when we work a station, it will automatically log into Keeper.---but got to get past this hurdle first. Any ideas? Mark WC3W

When using the Sync LotW QSOs or Sync LotW QSLs a box used to open up with a status bar showing progress. Now there is a tiny box with just a partially filled title and that cannot be expanded (that I only just observed) and the only real way you can tell anything that is happening is by hovering the mouse over DXKeeper when the mouse changes to an egg timer. Is this a windows issue or has something changed in DXKeeper? 73 David A92GE

All.. is anyone aware of enhancements from DXLab / DXView to enhance DXAtlas. For example, the QSO path on DXAtlas is hard to view with a higher resolution monitor being able to adjust the color and increase path density would be nice. Thanks for letting me know...
