¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI use an awl: tap the straight end with a small hammer in a vise so that the pinhead just comes up from the surface. ?Then use flush diagonal cutters under the pinhead and rotate the pin out. ?The diagonal cutters under the head provide ample leverage.? Once the pin is out, the hood can be removed. ? It¡¯s a complete misuse of tools but it¡¯s worked for me since first trying it back in the 1970s.? ? Paul, W9AC ?
