I was able to scale the part to 110% of the stl file you send me and the nuts fit perfectly.? CURA will allow you to scale the part before you slice it.?? So, it took a couple of tries and I ended up with scalling X,Y, and Z by 110% and then sliced it and my part was able to
fit the nuts really well.?? Yes some of the nuts seem to be a slightly different size but by adjusting the size, you should be able to come up with a good match.
