Unless you blew up the Si5351, merely replace the Nano and reprogram it.
You may have to replace the lcd, but it is unlikely.
You may have to replace the Si5351 but it is unlikely; however, check the voltages
and make sure that there is still 3.3v from the secondary regulator. Even if there is not,
the chip might still be ok.

Replace the Nano first and see what happens. Even unprogrammed, it should give
a lighted lcd with black squares. That would likely indicate that reprogramming is
the only other thing you need to do. But you cannot do anything without a good mcu.
Replacing the easily available Nano is the easiest route to follow.

Incidentally, if you are ordering one board, go ahead and order several. You might very well
need and use them in the future.
