Unplug and plug in again all connectors on the board. May be some oxidation on the pins.

Shake the wires and see if some loose connection pops up.

Unplug PA power and operate the PTT and see if the relay clicks.

See if there is 12V on the board RX points.

Eliminate all the simple things first and then dig deeper!
