ADC0 on the ATTiny85 PB5 isn't being used.? I don't see why this couldn't be used to monitor input voltage if one wanted to do so. You'll need to set RSTDISBL fuse bit, and have or build a high voltage programmer to reset the fuses if you need to re-program at a later date.
