Flash file (hex tailor file) is it on your computer or on the chip? If the chip is encrypted, it cannot read the codes. You need to load flash files from your computer. Rolf Schroeder

I did not power the ATU, just used the PICKIT 3 to power ATU chip.

The video didn’t accurately represent how the wires should be oriented in my case. ?Rotating the wire connector at the ATU worked for me. also, make sure that the ATU is only powered by the pic3
