Re: PIC Question (UPDATE)
we have a short, I think just at the entry of the AT.? What do you measure at unpowered AT between input jack center to ground? Continuity?Does it change, when powered up?? NO Do you use the

Re: PIC Question (UPDATE)
The defective Cs you can find in unpowered mode by measuring their resistive value, should anyway be like open circuit. Do the measures both ways to see, if there are any semiconductors in parallel,

Re: PIC Question (UPDATE)
hi Bill,by the way: if you use a probe with x10 on your osci, then Ri is 10M¦¸!? Did you measure the voltages also with your osci? .8 volts at the signal generator as measured with the scope.?

Re: PIC Question (UPDATE)
You can¡®t receive any signal through the AT but signal from generator goes through!!! Do you measure only over stray capacities with yor skope? (Ri>10M).Scope Probe was on 10X.? It's a Tektronix

Re: PIC Question (UPDATE)
As your oscilloscope has a high impedance its obvious it may see something, but if your receiver looks dead, maybe your tandem match is the problem, bad cores, wiring shortage, wrong connected/wired,

Re: PIC Question (UPDATE)
Bill, you have to check the functionality of the diodes. If there goes RF through, you must find a voltage at the forward diode D2, i.e. abt 2.4V while applying 10W of RF. If there is nothing, the
