I was able to trace a signal from my signal generator from the input all the way to the output.? The DC power was on.
Looks like the PIC may be bad.? It's not initiating tuning when RF is applied.

I added a folder in my computer and have been saving all the information you have given me there.? Investigating this ATU-100 problem will better prepare me when I build the ATU-1000.
