I am the newest manager of our campus collection and have not found any contracts or other documentation for acquiring new works. Some pieces in the collection have an acquisition paper with general information, but I don't have anything that covers any legal agreement in the purchase, i.e. if we purchase photographic negatives how we would handle printing them at a later date or even copyright.?

Does anyone know of any templates for this type of thing?
