The next A1NET is the BUG NITE, but if I'll have a chance I also hold a Boat Anchors Gathering on the A1NET, so please be sure to maintain your vacuum tube radios. * Boat Anchors: Because the old radios are very heavy, they are often referred to as boat anchors. This weekend there were very nice conditions between Japan and Europe with signals coming in very nicely for much longer than the usual roughly 1 hour.
