Saxony Award


 

Amateur Radio Club e.V., District of Saxony, donates this diploma to promote the solidarity of radio amateurs in the state of Saxony.

All contacts with Saxon stations after January 1, 1992 are valid for this award, which can be applied for by all licensed radio amateurs and SWLs.

All Saxon DARC-DOK, Saxon VFDB-DOK and Saxon special DOK apply.

 

Conditions for the basic diploma in shortwave

DL stations 40 Saxony-DOK
EU stations 20 Saxony-DOK
DX stations 10 Saxony-DOK

 

Conditions for the basic diploma on the VHF bands

DL stations 40 Sachsen-DOK
EU stations 20 Saxony-DOK
DX stations 1 Saxony-DOK

 

There are the following stickers for the Saxony diploma
- CW sticker if the basic diploma is applied for exclusively in telegraphy
- Additional stickers for every 10 additional Saxony DOKs

Diploma fees:

Basic diploma as PDF: 3 EUR

Basic diploma by post: 5 EUR

Sticker: SASE or 1 US$ or 1 IRC if applied later, free of charge if applied at the same time as the basic diploma.

The diploma is 21 x 30 cm in size. It is printed in black, gold and green on 250g white cardstock.

It was recognized by the DARC general meeting in May 1992.

The application is also possible online via DCL. In this case, payment is made via PayPal.

Saxony DOK started with the letter S, see the map, where Sonony is located.


For example: S37, S36, S01, S07 etc.

In Saxony we have some special DOK

permanent special DOK are:

CW, DVS, IPA, LMM, MF, SAX, JR @ DK0JRS, YL @ DL0YLS

We have a lot of temporary special DOK, see the attachment, which call in which periode was QRV.
