Re: Mini 4 jaw chuck
How is that chuck mounted on your RT?? The 3-jaw I got for mine has a "skirt" around its base with 4 screw holes.? They match the 4 T-nut slots on the top of the RT.

Stuart Score steam engine.
I scored a Score at a recent auction.
The materials kit is complete.
It is missing all the paperwork.
I can get most of the information from the 10H kit.
But, I need the section on the crank shaft

Mini 4 jaw chuck
Just a new 4 jaw chuck for rotary table 48mm dia.
Nice size for small parts.
It is not turning just light work on the 3" rotary table.

Re: Used pricing

I did buy one item in 2016.
The next is Because of Amazon low price and free shipping hard to sell

Re: Used pricing
I think you're being a bit unfair to the people on Ebay. I've bought a lot
of stuff there, for machining and photography, and I've never done it to
resell, but always for my own use. I suspect the

Re: Used pricing
Interesting question. My personal view is I’d rather sell cheaper to someone who genuinely wanted to get started in machining than someone who had more cash but just wanted a bargain. How do you

Re: Used pricing
Thanks.? Appreciate the suggestion.? Yes I can always come down a bit each month until they sell.?? Usually I put a bold "no haggling" to limit the #tire-kickers.
So the Grizzly is $855 plus

Re: Armoire's machine shop the new frontier
I have a whole basement for a shop now, but maybe that won't be true
forever. This idea is incredibly cool, and a 7x lathe would work as well as
a Unimat if you found a big enough armoire.
