I have a whole basement for a shop now, but maybe that won't be true forever. This idea is incredibly cool, and a 7x lathe would work as well as a Unimat if you found a big enough armoire.

I was looking was under for lathes 24" and weight where two could could pick the lathe or 120 pounds [54 KG].

A 24" space is to small I think at less 30" Ideally 36".

I found most Armoire 24" , 30"/32" and 36". I have found a few 18" to 72"
