I think it’s the one that Clickspring uses a lot in his videos…in fact I think that he refers to his 7x14 as his ‘big’ lathe :-)?
That was an awesome awesome deal you got for $40!

??? ??? I have a Taig , whe I forst bought it I thiought it was
someones homemade lathe , I paid 40 bucks I think with a couple
boxes of goodies , Milling attachment ,?? steady , brand new
unused 4 jaw . It's a lot more lathe than I gave it credit for
when I first bought it .? Sometimes it's easier & faster to
use it that clean up the South Bend to make or tune up a part .
There's no shortage of pic's of work folks have turned out on
these smaller lathes on line . Some of it is way way above my pay
scale .

have you used a Sherline/Taig/Unimat lathe?
How well do they work?
?
I have never used a Sherline/Taig/Unimat lathe.?
?
I was looking was under for lathes 24" and weight where two
could could pick the lathe or 120 pounds [54 KG].
?
A 24" space is to small I think at less 30" Ideally 36".
?
I found most Armoire 24" , 30"/32" and 36". I have found a
few 18" to 72"
