I don't believe I've seen this mentioned..I have mounted air nozzles [1/16th copper tube from manifold] which are aimed at the blade after it passes by the locating wheels aft of the cut to blow the chips off the blade. Keeps chips from accumulating on drive wheels and from getting wedged between the horizontal guide wheels and blade sides. Especially when the saw is used vertically and/or cutting plastics. I have a pressure regulator at the manifold, 15# psi is usually enough. Only down side is a lap full of chips when used vertically, some cardboard will tone that down. Seb.?
