Hi AllI have a
Contarex version 1 - Bullseye, Cyclops depending on where
you hail from that has a fault that causes it to hang in
cold weather at all shutter speeds. I have serviced all my 3
lenses, and the parts of the camera's aperture gear
train that can be reached from the front but it
reverted.?In order to further clean the
shutter gears and various gear trains I need to get the top
off but have no info or clues as to how to undo the wind-on
stack. I believe there is a left hand thread at some stage
and that I may have to make a tool for one of the rings but
so far cannot find the info I need. I have ordered
Tomosy's book, that apparently refers to this, but it
has not arrived for a second time from Amazon and no
tracking info available.
Any help or clues much
