etree.db is a huge
database gathering tons of performance dates by tons of
musicians. But even if the source / contributor's name is
mentioned, it doesn't guarantee you the data have been checked
and sometimes someone has just copied something he/she saw
somewhere. So, it's a helping tool but in many cases no 100%
truth. If you take the Town & Country gig that opened this
thread, you still will wonder where this July 20th date comes
from .... there is nothing that points at any explanation,
while the ticket you saw displaying July 29th gives us a
possible cue: first act Microgroove .... maybe checking them
would make advance, I'll see if I get time to play detective.
Who are Microgroove by the way?

The album is made in 1989 (ZS is 1990) and if you scroll down
to the review section under the listing (signed April 5th
2010), you learn they're a UK band playing funk .... so we do
have a serious connection with ZS that may validate the ticket
and date of July 29th!
