Hi Mike, I suspect that under some circumstances if the voltage drops slowly the microprocessor gets into a state where it is running but there is not enough voltage to properly write EEPROM.? If it happens to be writing EEPROM when the power supply voltage is dropping it can corrupt EEPROM.? It doesn't happen often enough that I can diagnose it. If it happens to you fairly often then I might be able to write some diagnostic code that would run in the microprocessor and give me more data.?
