The market here is totally insane and because of this easement issue, we got a very good deal.? ?7 acres in the country—only 6 minutes from my mother and 10 minutes from my daughter and grandson.? ? It’s 2750 sq ft plus a huge unfinished walk-out basement AND there is a huge outbuilding (36x50)for DH’s toys.? ?It’s a lot smaller than our current home but it doesn’t feel like it.? ?Should be closing the first week of December!

I’m going to pare down the sewing machine collection over the next few months.? Send vibes of energy and strength.? Lol. I’m gonna need it. ?
