Update from Andy Fisk on CT River fish
开云体育I was in touch with Andy on another matter this week and asked him about the fish in the river this year, specifically shad. Here is his reply: ? The shad run was not so great this year.? It was only 190K this year, which is about 140K off the long term average.? Last year wasn’t so hot either, but that may have been due to wet weather, turbidity and cold temps so most of the shad stayed below Holyoke. ?
