The heavy rain last night caused the river to go quite high/fast
quickly, above a safe level:
The flow speed is the number along the righthand side of the graph.
The upper limit for club boats is a flow of 20 kcfs. At 4:30 a.m. today,
it was about 43 kcfs.
Please wait for the flow to come back down before rowing.
