ah... i was wrong... i put my iphone with the camera on?inside the lid while closing it...?
the support is not directly on top of the ribbon but rather between the ribbon and keys... the ribbon must be damaged from something else
how hard is it to fix a ribbon?

here's a picture of my CS-60 lid... the "support" is that rectangular thing in the middle... it has a little piece of felt on it where it makes contact w/ the CS-60 front panel... specifically, for some odd reason, on the ribbon controller:?
