changes and updates include:
1. fix digipeating and Tx-I-gating that was broken by build#178. Also
fix older bugs regarding digipeating if multiple RF ports are
open (cross-band digipeater).
2. collect digipeating and I-gating statistics on a per-port basis,
display this information in Bandwidth Monitor display.
3. add ability to provide additional Station Capabilities from
plugins, which would be reported in the Station Capability
response to the ?IGATE query.
4. add capabilities reporting to PBBS plugin.
5. allow user to specify arbitrary overlays for alternate symbols,
not just defined APRS 1.2 extended symbols.

What is the port type of the RF port? For AGWPE ports, I had to put in a timer to guess when the blinkenlight should stop being red, because the TCP socket connection can send the packet to AGWPE/DireWolf/Soundmodem/etc. far faster than the software TNC can actually send the packet out to RF, such that you would never see the blinkenlight as red (less than a millisecond to forward the packet to the TNC). Maybe the timer is incorrect, so it's holding it red _longer_ than it should be.

Hi Andrew,

Not a big deal, but some time the RF port, mine is the TX one, it stay RED without PTT.

In the beginning I was concerned but I realized that the DIGI was not on TX during it was showing in RED.

Another possible issue is that the windowing graphics library is not always highly responsive, so the redrawing of the blinkenlight from red to black might be delayed until the library or graphics driver decides to repaint that widget. I have seen issues (usually when scrolling) when part of the scrolled window doesn't update immediately.
