In your configured YAAC log directory, wherever that might happen to be (defaulting to the YAAC/logdir subdirectory of your personal home directory). It's in a single binary (non-human-readable) file named callsigndb.dat. The original files from the various government agencies aren't kept; YAAC just extracts what it wants and discards the original files (which are never actually stored on disk with the newest version of the CallsignDB plugin).
