Only if you have an APRS-IS connection in YAAC with a filter expression that selects your Internet-only iOS app's packets for forwarding to your YAAC station.
Normal iOS app packets won't get forwarded to RF unless you use the iOS app to text text messages to your YAAC stations through a nearby transmit-capable I-gate (assuming there are any near you).
