Sounds like you found a bug that is causing the sounds plugin configuration panel to not load.
Please repeat opening the expert-mode configuration dialog, then send me the YAAC.out file in your YAAC log directory. It will contain the error message and stack trace of what is keeping the plugin config file from loading; this will help me figure out how to fix it.
