;-) Looks like you installed YAAC as administrator, so now it can't be overwriiten by a mere user account.
You'll need to fix the permissions on every file in the directory hierarchy where you installed YAAC so the files are owned by and can be (over)written by the ordinary user account. Then try running the update again.
Note this is a common problem, so you're not the only one.
Do NOT become administrator just to run the upgrade; that will cause the log files to be owned by the administrator account so now YAAC won't run at all as an ordinary user because it won't be able to write to the log files.
