That would be difficult for station reports, since they aren't APRS Object reports to begin with.
What exactly are you trying to do with files of stations?
Note that YAAC can also log all your received traffic (it always logs all your transmitted traffic for regulatory purposes), and you can choose CSV format for the log files. That will store the actual packet format, but that's the packet-by-packet data, not the summaries in the Station/Object list. Or you could do the File->Save->Table from the Raw Packets view.
