If you are not connecting to the APRS-IS Internet backbone, you don't need a passcode to use YAAC. The passcode is solely to authenticate yourself to the backbone. As such, you enter the passcode
on the configuration panel for the APRS-IS type port (assuming you have created such a port in your YAAC configuration). If you haven't created such a port, you don't need any passcode.
YAAC is free and open-source, and does not require any registration codes to use it.
Hope this helps.

Hi, where is the passcode supposed to be entered in YAAC for the server? I am not communicating with any server and am confused about what needs to be done to make that happen. Thanks in advance for your help. KB8UIH
