There is (or was) a crude APRS-to-Winlink gateway once upon a time. I'm not sure if it is still working, and whether or not its interface protocol over APRS has changed since I wrote the APRS-Winlink client screen in YAAC.

YAAC is an APRS client. Winlink is a different protocol. You will need
to use a WinLink compatible client to connect to a WinLink node or
process traffic.
