positionless Weather Report

I'm sure I probably have something configured incorrectly but cant seem to find the issue. My beacon reports correctly giving my longitude?and latitude along with my free text. Where? the problem comes in is I also have it "report weather".? The weather is reported separately? from the beacon which I think is ok however it does not include the longitude?and latitude . My weather report looks like this: Positionless Weather Report, KA2DDO Yet another APRS system wind 4.0 mph, direction 277, gust 7, temperature 44, rain 0.02 in last hour, rain 0.00 in last 24 hours, rain 0.02 since midnight, humidity 73, barometer 29.82, "yDvs"
I'm using WeeWX to read the weather station and produce the wxnow.txt file and WXNOW.TXT on YAAC for the port type.? The weather report looks fine but is missing my position, longitude?and latitude.
