If you run the X6100 on battery you won¡¯t see any of the heat related issues but you are limited to 5w output

I have found a very capable CW decoder called "Morse Expert" by the author of CW skimmer. It uses Bayesian statistics to predict what was sent when a letter is not 100% sure (the letter will be red).

I¡¯ve yet to see a decoder worth a darn, the one in my FTDX-10 included.
Unless you are in a high signal to noise ratio with no qsb environment¡ AND
you have the speed of the decoder matched
