Transmit bandwidth

Hi,
?
anyone knows how to extend the transmit ssb bandwidth below 300Hz? The audio sounds very telephone-like. Maybe the r1cbu software can improve on this?

Re: Documentation for X6100 R1CBU firmware

No. I used 0.16 documentation to create wiki for 0.27. I have only .md files (in attach). You can open it with any text editor. These files only contains some additional formatting (e.g. ## before header lvl 2, **text** for bold, etc.

Hi Georgy,

sorry I do not have any experience with Markdown; I have tried to export my file under .md format with LibreOffice writer but no success.

I still have several items with ??? (three question marks) that need to be either further explained for me to translate or clarified.

All new features between versions 0.16 and 0.22.0 are still to be documented and translated.

Please note that I do not use automatic or "Googleslation" as the result is generally not to the standard needed for OM reference documents.

I would be happy to update my file with the new features between V 0.16 and V0.22.0. Is there an english base document that I can use to update it?

Thanks for all

Hi ?Michel.
I can add a link to your translation (if you publish it somewhere). Or I can add your version to wiki. Did you have an experience with Markdown?
You only need to send me .md files.

Hi Georgy,

I have made a french translation of the english manual (I found the one for version 0.16)

I would be glad to carry on with the last version of your software.

Hi.
?
I published a first version of the instruction for this firmware. It's on the WIFI of x6100_gui repository on GitHub:
I'm pretty sure, that I missed some parts, but I'll continue working on it.
Anyway - it might be helpful.

Thank you for doing this. I am not sure what some of the choices are in the menus, and it helps to have an explanation.

Merci beaucoup, Roy, but the Amazon batteries are so inexpensive that I may go that route. Thanks again, KD4MSR

I used DHL to ship my battery. Shipping was a 50% premium on top of battery cost.?

Possibly because the order contains batteries which carriers are very wary of.

Re: Replacement Internal Battery

FYI to the group: ?Following Paul¡¯s lead above, I created an account on Passion Radio (which is in France) to be able to order the OEM batter(ies) set replacement for my old X6100 (just to have on hand in case mine fails soon), but Passion Radio¡¯s web site said ¡°no carriers will deliver to that address.¡± That¡¯s odd, since I regularly get Amazon, USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL ¡°global¡± shipments at my address. My city is the global HQ of UPS. Weird.

I can't vouch for the following but Passion Radio sells an OEM kit that might be worth considering.? ( Possibly AliExpress or others are cheaper)
