If you think about it, CW was NOT designed to be decoded by machine, but by a human. The letters, numbers, and punctuation marks are of different lengths and there is no error checking of any kind

In the US Thor-25 may be used on any frequency allocated for digital modes.? I have not assigned an RsID for the mode but will do so after the mode specification is finalized.? I am experimenting
