Re: MacBook OS and Failure to Transmit
Tom I see D74 and Digirig. I'm assuming that Digirig is plugged into Mic and Speaker port on the radio. If so Playback on computer is TX (PTT) and Recieve is Mic on the computer. The squelch is off

Re: MacBook OS and Failure to Transmit
Thanks for the update... Your comment below ... I have observed in Windows when either fldigi can't find the audio service OR permission to access the "mic" is turned off, fldigi complains at startup.

Re: MacBook OS and Failure to Transmit
Does digrig need drivers? Are they installed. Does a audio codec and com port show in your device manager type window sent by ve3wej on samsung s21+ <fieldstom45@...> wrote:

I just made another observation, when I click on "Xmt/Rcv" in the FSK Keying window, the PTT button on the FLRIG illuminates. When I click on "Send/Pause" in the CW Keying window, the PTT button light

Re: New Computer
Hi Drew. I configured the Dell to match the Toshiba config. I¡¯m wondering if the older Easy Digi might be the problem. Thank you for your response. 73, Ron

Re: New Computer
I think the easy digi requires VOX. Could that be the issue?

Re: LK on at startup
Hello David, Welcome back :-) I tried the configuration feature but it also doesn't appear to store or restore the Lk setting. Only a Macro or pushing the Lk Button (possibly via an external script)

Re: LK on at startup
There is no automated script execution on startup. Might be something to add in a future revision. David <randybuxton@...> wrote:

Re: LK on at startup
Thanks David. I did see that a script would do the trick. But the next move I'm seeking is to have the script run at startup. If there's not a method to do that within fldigi then I'll work on
