Thanks - All - Steve, I emptied the cache and then deleted the browser and reinstalled and all is now well with the world. Sometimes I despair and cry then like all blokes continue to flounder on

We should also recall that some browsers change the http address to https, and ~that~ points elsewhere...the source of many complaints in the past, and many posts here, as research shows why folks

Group- Tnx for the responses. I'll be trying TRIPPLITE usb cables w/ferrite chokes at each end, removing the USB hub from the desktop and plugging in direct to the desktop, and a few more
