1: configure-video-view xmit signal
2: Qsk on right channel can be used to key before and unkey after,
but direct cw keying is not possible at this point. (shape factor is
a function of the audio envelope)
3: This ia an area that is being worked on by the developers, but I
cannot answer (I don't know).
