I rececently installed Fldigi 4.1.06 on W7.? The waterfall displays and signals are being printed on the screen but CAT is not controlling the transceiver.? On the rig configure screen the IC7300.xml shows up in the rig description box.? I opened it and saved it but it does not do any controlling.? The device box shows COM1.? The device manager does not show up the driver in the ports section.? What am I missing here?
