at the bottom of the message from defender, try clicking on the "don't run" button and it may allow you to run the program.? I get that sometimes on new versions of programs and I trust my Norton to do a better job than windows

HI I have been trying to download Fldigi for the past few months.? I get his error message and cannot download and open the program.? I see the icon on my desktop but it will not open.?
This is the error message I get.
Can you offer any ideas?
