Yup, it is in backwards. The windshield must be installed from the inside. That is exactly the same problem I had 3 weeks ago. that is what my glass place told me also. Hate to be the bearer of bad

Is this noise more of a whine? It may well be that the cluster shaft and/or intermediate shaft are in need of rebuilding. These shafts only last 25 - 30K. I am assuming this is 4x4?

I forgot to mention that she has a Micro-Lock Brake located on the dash on left side of steering column.Don't know if that would help.

It also helps if you can have it delivered to a business. They pretty much drive a tractor trailer up to your location, and pallet jack the tub in a crate to the end of the trailer.
