Hello everyone,
I just joined the list so I'm not sure if I'm sending this the correct
way. The list instructions said to introduce myself. So, anyway. I was
begining to think I was the only person in the world interested in the
Willy. I started collecting my truck parts about a year ago. I now have
three 6-226 4wd pickups. Which should give me enough parts to put together
one complete restored truck and still have some parts left over. It has
been very exciting to find so many other Willy owners and so much resource
information. I have also found an original owners manual and service
manual. Oh yea, and one of the trucks I have came from an 83 year old lady
who was the trucks original owner. She gave me the truck on the promise
that she gets to drive the restored truck when I'm finished.
