I'll second not to use an easy out, if the bolt is really stuck its too
easy to break one, and that causes all kinds of hurt!
If there is a little bit sticking out you might try taking a nut put
it over the bit sticking up and welding it, this does two things it
allows you to use a wrench to remove the broken bolt, and the heat from
welding may help to loosen the bolt, I've used this method several
times with success.
