Hi contra community,
Keith Tuxhorn will be calling a pay-what-you-can contra dance in Springfield this Saturday, October 18, from noon-2pm. The dance is part of a benefit concert featuring Appalachian folk music to raise funds for hurricane-recovery in North Carolina. All proceeds will go to A selection of grassroots organizations recommended by Asheville residents. It would be great to have some seasoned contra dancers come, as I¡¯m likely the only one in Springfield, to help dancing go smoothly.
